Education: High School Diploma or equivalent and completion of an accredited Licensed Vocational Nurse program.

Experience: Open

Certification: Licensed by the Board of Nurse Examiners in the State of Texas as a Licensed Vocational Nurse. Basic Life Support Certification required.
