Backfill for JM Long Term Care LPN - Seattle, Washington- Start Date: ASAP - Shift: 8hr Eves- Ratios: 1:15-25- Years of Experience REQ: 2 YR of Skilled Long Term Care/Transitional Care Experience- First-Timers Accepted: No- Weekend REQ: Every other weekend - Certs REQ: BLS- Skills REQ IV Pumps, PVR, Wound Vacs , Central line blood draws, central line dressing change, IV pumps, Starting IV's. Experience in LTC / SNF / TCU- Is on-call REQ? No - Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes; Typically 3 shifts/24hrs spent in TCU, with remaining time spent floating to other areas- Open to accommodating block schedule? Yes- s Accepted: Yes; Considered "local" within 50 mile radius, will accept locals at the same rate - Pending License Accepted: Yes- RTO Restrictions: Confirm with hiring manager- Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off traveler UP TO 1 shift per pay period (every 2 weeks)SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS- Traveler is expected to have reliable transportation and no additional scheduling restrictions.
