LVN - Utilization Review - Remote within San Diego County

This is a benefited, full-time position (80 hours per pay period) with an 8-hour day shift schedule working REMOTELY with expectation of coming into the office 1-2 times per month. As a Licensed Vocational Nurse, you will be:

• Responsible for review and management of assigned cases for members enrolled to Scripps Clinic Health Plan Services
• Responsible for determination of medical necessity, benefit determination, and eligibility.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

• Current California LVN license
• Three years recent clinical experience in a variety of settings.
• Managed Care experience is strongly recommended.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks within regulatory agency time frames required.
• Graduate of an accredited LVN or RN Program

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous UM, QI, Discharge Planning, or Case Management experience is preferred.
