About the role

MAC Program Lead Services: Coordination Services will include managing the 3 pillars of MAC team- Move, Tech Move and Furniture Logistics. Services will include, but not be limited to the following:

What you'll do
  • Determine MAC Coordination Delivery Model and resource strategies for Meta Bay Area offices.
  • Manage MAC Program Team and vendors to provide consistent delivery throughout the portfolio, ensure adherence to established portfolio.
  • Build playbooks, process documents and present to Meta leadership for review and approval.
  • Assist with vendor RFP/SLA development, KPI tracking, vendor management and resource planning.
  • Review and manage the annual performance process for direct reports.
  • Identify program risks and advise the client on standard methodologies for projects. Brainstorm with the Meta teams on new initiatives and strategies for driving them successfully.
  • Drive operational excellence through identification and execution of opportunity areas that build efficiency, remove bottlenecks and increase productivity.
  • Supervise and ensure that project documentation governance is aligned with company and client requirements. Ensures project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely and coordinated.
  • Provide support to the team on special projects, roadmaps for special initiatives and track performance/KPI to report back to the client.
  • Schedule weekly leadership meetings to ensure smooth functioning of all the 3 pillars.
  • Provide weekly updates to Meta leadership on the programs and resource management.
  • Partner with the Recruiting team on hiring the best talent for the MAC team.
  • Validate and approve the Internal teams leave, travel and expenses.
  • Create root cause analysis reports for the client as part of best practices.
  • Mentor and coach team members to further develop proficiencies.
  • Create training plans to empower the personal development of the team and keep them motivated and engaged.

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS/BEng/BArch) from College or University and/or equivalent related experience.
  • Prior Project Management experience is helpful.
  • PMP (US and/or Canada) and LEED AP preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.
  • Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions. Conducts basic financial analysis.
  • Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to solve problems in standard situations. Requires sophisticated analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to read and understand architectural drawings. Solid understanding in MS Project is helpful. Knowledge of leases, contracts, and construction practices preferred.
  • Intermediate skills with G-Suite. Ability to read and understand architectural drawings.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the MAC Program Lead position is $140,000 annually and the maximum salary for the MAC Program Lead position is $150,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
