The TikTok Search Ads (TTSA) team constantly pushes the boundaries of general search engine monetization across our apps, including TikTok, TikTok Shop, TopBuzz, BuzzVideo, and more, building a globally leading Search monetization system. At TTSA team, you'll have the opportunity to engage with large-scale distributed architecture, NL, and ML-related problems, and explore the most cutting-edge technologies like LLM and AIGC. You will also be deeply involved in the innovation and optimization of our Ad format, create display, and the ROI of ads delivery. Responisbilities
- Encompass the development and fine-tuning of NLP strategies like query understanding, semantic mining, LLM algorithms, knowledge graph, and multi-model text/photo/video comprehension, etc.
- Harnessing data analysis, feature engineering ,and state-of-the-art deep learning models, you are about to improve CTR/CVR model efficiency to boost ads delivery performance.
- Diving deep into the innovation of our Ad format and creatives, you are able to explore AIGC technology on innovative text/image/video creation, to optimize ROI of ad delivery
- Focus on ads pacing algorithms and traffic control
- Collaborate with product managers and marketing teams, and play a pivotal role in shaping product strategy and drive incremental revenue growth
Qualifications
- Graduate with a background in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Must obtain work authorization in country of employment at the time of hire, and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment.
- Experience with one or more general purpose programming language including but not limited to: Go, C/C++, Python.
- Ability to think critically and formulate solutions to problems in a clear and concise way.
Preferred Qualifications
- PhD degree and research experience in NLP area, has published high-quality papers in top conferences/journal, like ACL/EMNLP/NAACL/NIPS...
- Experience with one or more of the following: Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, LLM, ranking systems, recommendation systems.
- Solid communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with internal teams in a global and cross-functional environment.
