Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate manufacturing equipment to produce Superior Industries' products in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Perform daily preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal operation and minimize downtime.
  • Communicate any major repair or maintenance needs to the maintenance department.
  • Complete job orders according to the production schedule.
  • Ensure that production meets or exceeds Superior Industries' high-quality standards.

Day Shift
  • 6:00am - 4:30pm Monday through Thursday | 6:00am - 11:00am Friday

Qualifications
  • Experience operating machinery with a strong focus on safety.
  • Skilled in basic math and accurate use of a 20-foot tape measure.
  • Knowledge of daily preventive maintenance and equipment care.
  • Strong communication skills, especially in reporting repair needs.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment and meet deadlines.
  • General mechanical understanding
