Machine Operator

Advantage Resourcing is seeking a Machine Operator for a local manufacturing warehouse in Merkel, TX. Join a team that values your skills and where your contributions truly make a difference!

Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Pay: $14 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain sheet metal machinery for efficient and accurate production
• Monitor production to ensure products meet high-quality standards
• Conduct routine inspections and make minor adjustments to machinery
• Collaborate with warehouse and packaging teams to enhance efficiency
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace

Qualifications:

• 1 year of general warehouse or machinery experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
• Ability to interpret technical drawings
