- Excellent customer service experience
- Knowledge of mail handling and shipping procedures with familiarity with FedEx, USPS, GLS, and other courier services.
- Knowledge and experience in the operation of digitization software, and use of copier and scanning equipment for daily mail delivery and long-term storage of agency records
- Knowledge and experience in the use of personal computers and the Microsoft Office Suite software applications.
- Experience with inventory tracking/process
- Experience in developing cooperative and collaborative working relationships.
- Experience in communicating effectively and in a professional manner, both written and verbal.
- Ability to think clearly and analyze organizational issues.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential assignments with tact and diplomacy.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and time constraints.
- Ability to be flexible and adapt well to changes in priorities.
- Knowledge of office administration including coordinating meetings, drafting emails/memos, etc.
