- Experienced in resolving application incidents, change and problems
- Start of day checks, continuous monitoring and handover to offshore team
- Monitor the production batch jobs, publish application Health Check reports, and take necessary action for critical situations
- Good experience with batch failure troubleshooting. Ability to resolve different types of job abends in a quick time
- Deep troubleshooting skills with respect to mainframe applications in highly time sensitive situations
- Expertise in handling major incident situations, stakeholder communications and user impact mitigation
- Develop and maintain technical support documentation
- Partner with application development and participate in reviews, application releases, engage in post implementation analysis to ensure successful system design and functionality
- Provide support for any infrastructure support activities DR tests, releases etc
- Continuous Improvements, Optimization and Automation of repeated activities
