Cognizant Technology Solutions is looking for Mainframe Technical Lead Developer to join in our team of IT professionals in a permanent role. Role: Senior Mainframe Application Developer

Experience: 10+ years of strong experience

Location: The candidate must be willing to work in a hybrid model from the Client's location in Brookfield, WI.

Required Skills:

• Possess strong expertise in COBOL JCL VSAM and CICS.

• Demonstrate experience in IT Service Management and IBM Mainframe Utilities.

• Have a solid understanding of Asset and Wealth Management domain.

• Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Show strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and maintenance of mainframe applications using COBOL JCL VSAM and CICS.

• Oversee the implementation of IT Service Management processes to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.

• Provide technical guidance and support to team members to resolve complex issues and challenges.

• Ensure the integration of IBM Mainframe Utilities in project workflows to optimize performance and reliability.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Asset and Wealth Management projects.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
