The Asset Management Group supports both our internal facility contracts and our external customers to build efficient operation and maintenance programs based on sound reliability engineering principles. We are a small, agile team that steps in to help solve the challenges faced by our customers - leading changes in culture, process, and technology.

We are looking for a Maintenance and Reliability Engineer who possesses the skills and knowledge needed to support our customers in developing and improving Maintenance programs. The successful applicant will have experience providing engineering analysis and evaluation for technical industrial facilities systems and equipment, and in providing the support needed to improve quality, productivity, and safety.

The salary for this position is $88K thru $159K depending on education and experience. This position offers Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA, FSA, PTO, STD, LTD, Life Insurance, Holiday Pay, and 401k.

As a member of our team, you will:

1. Establish and implement reliability engineering principles and best work practices in accordance with reliability standards.
2. Provide support to other professionals to develop, train, and assist in the implementation of maintenance practices.
3. Utilize Maximo and other CMMS tools to evaluate the effectiveness of maintenance activities.
4. Improve/automate operations and maintenance tasks to provide optimal performance.
5. Determine the function, capability, functional failure modes, probability of failure, impact severity and acceptable risk for assets to define the right maintenance requirements to eliminate functional failures and their effects.
6. Develop maintenance strategies and job plans for equipment.
7. Provide engineering support to operations and maintenance issues.
8. Provide recommendations for improvements in process, procedure, systems, and infrastructure using diagrams, calculations, drawings, and reports.
9. Provide individualized leadership and support to our customers both remotely and in person, assisting to identify and implement maintenance strategies. (Travel will vary and is estimated at 40%)

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or other applicable field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Preferred: CMRP and/or CRL certified.
• Self-motivated, requiring little direct supervision and taking initiative when warranted.
• Accepts responsibility for own safety as well as that of others.
• Advanced computer skills (Excel, Data Analysis, SQL).
• Experience in the use of Maximo to prepare, review, and issue maintenance work packages in accordance with applicable procedures and regulations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to fully conceptualize and communicate major elements of work control, planning, and other reliability concepts to both technical and non-technical personnel.
• Mechanical or electrical maintenance experience a plus, along with materials management and labor estimating.
