Maintenance Assistant

Craneville Place Rehabilitation and Nursing Center (Dalton, MA) and Springside Nursing & Rehabilitation Center (Pittsfield, MA), are currently seeking a Full Time Maintenance Assistant (40 hours/week) to join our Maintenance crew! This role would be split and worked out of both facilities (20 hours/week at Craneville Place and 20 hours/week at Springside). Both of our facilities are easily accessible located within the heart of the Bershires & filled with friendly faces and new opportunities!

Requirements for Maintenance Assistant:

• High school diploma
• Experience in maintenance field of work
• Exprience working within a Skilled Nursing Facility or healthcare, is a plus

Job Duties for Maintenance Assistant:

• Perform routine building maintenance duties, including painting, minor electrical repairs, plumbing, carpentry, and heating and ventilation systems maintenance
• Respond to buildings/residents maintenance needs
• Respond to emergency calls for maintenance and repairs
• Comply with all safety and health regulations
