Schneider is seeking a Compliance Specialist in Green Bay to act as an informational expert on all things equipment compliance. The Compliance Specialist will be responsible for tasks related to permits, licenses, tolls and vehicle registration.

Responsibilities:

• Handle the renewal of tractor and trailer permits and registrations.
• Process permit and registration orders.
• Distribute equipment permits.
• Ensure the timely and accurate payment of the annual Heavy Vehicle Use Tax for company equipment.
• Administer electronic tolls programs.
• Ensure the timely and accurate payment of invoices.

Skills and qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years of professional work experience.
• Basic knowledge of computer applications.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in vehicle licensing.
