Maintenance Director

Oversee and manage all aspects of facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize facility performance and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards
- Supervise a team of Enviromental services.
- Coordinate and prioritize work orders, ensuring timely completion of tasks
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment inventory
- Collaborate with other departments to support organizational goals and objectives
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in facility management

```Requirements```

- Proven experience in facility management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
- Effective communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience with low voltage systems is a plus
- Ability to maintain and fabricate equipment as needed
- Strong project management skills
