Maintenance & Facilities Supervisor

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Exercise direct supervision over maintenance personnel involved in the installation, Maintenance and repair of machine tools and equipment, electrical systems, mechanical systems, heating/cooling systems, facilities, ground and structure.
• Develops, implements, schedules and completes a Predictive and Preventative Maintenance Program for all equipment and machinery.
• Designs and implements maintenance strategies, procedures and methods and maintains a MRO inventory.
• Creates and maintains relationships with all outside contractors or service providers and arranges for and monitors all work being performed.
• Organize and manage resources to accomplish work load
• Create engaging and challenging work environment for the team
• Foster continuous improvement and cost reductions opportunities to meet financial targets
• Develop cost analysis methodology to support repair/replace decision for equipment
• Define metrics to measure performance of team

Job Factors and Competencies:

• Starting wage of $25 - $30 per hour, commensurate with experience
