Maintenance / Janitor

Advantage Resourcing is seeking new talent in Rayne, LA, ready to join forces with a company that partners with over 700 government agencies across the United States that offer affordable housing. We are hiring a Janitorial Worker who can do light maintenance and clean apartments to prepare them for lease and rental.

This temp position works Monday-Friday, 7:30 am- 4 pm, and pays $14 per hour.

Daily Job Duties include:
• Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors and wash and sanitize toilets, sinks, and showers, and clean mirrors and windows.
• Occasionally perform tasks that include lifting and moving lightweight materials.
• Perform groundskeeping, maintenance of appliances, painting, and other related duties as directed and prepare for new residents.

Qualifications:
• A desire to work in the Janitorial field is needed where custodial experience is preferred but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation and be flexible to work weekends and holidays.
• Previous maintenance and painting experience is required.
