Join us for an incredible opportunity to be a part of our Maintenance Team as a Kitchen Mechanic supporting our multi-hotel cluster of Hyatt Hotels in Downtown Seattle - Grand Hyatt Seattle, Hyatt Regency Seattle, & Hyatt at Olive 8.

The Kitchen Mechanic is responsible for the maintenance of back of house areas including kitchen, laundry, electrical, and mechanical systems. Individual must possess a strong background and knowledge of such systems. Previous engineering/maintenance experience is required, preferably in a hotel environment. This position will perform repairs and preventative maintenance on commercial kitchen and other mechanical equipment within our three properties. Minimum 3 years of experience is required, with trade school training and factory training preferred. Good communication skills are necessary for this role. Open availability is preferred.

The hourly rate for this position is $38.75 to $39.53. The starting rate for this position is $38.75/hour. This position also has an established rate for colleagues who have remained in the position for four years or more, which is currently $39.53/hour.
