Position Highlights:

  • Embrace the excitement of our 180,000 sqf operation, where every shift offers the chance to innovate and elevate our maintenance practices.
  • Lead a dynamic team across three shifts, guiding them towards excellence in all they do.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Craft and execute maintenance strategies that optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the entire maintenance operation, from process lines to facility structure, ensuring seamless functionality.
  • Mentor and inspire your maintenance team, cultivating a culture of efficiency and excellence.


Qualifications:

  • Bring your expertise with a BA/BS and 10+ years of Maintenance Management experience, ideally in a TPM/WCM environment.
  • Certifications in Project Management, Six-sigma, or an MBA/Masters in Project Management are a plus.
  • Show off your leadership chops with 5-10 years of manufacturing leadership experience.
  • Technical prowess in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues is a must-have.
  • PLC Programming skills and proficiency in reading schematics and blueprints are highly valued.
