Maintenance Planner, Battery Cell, Formation

The Maintenance Planner will be tasked with various duties including but not limited to writing work orders based on field diagnosis/inspection, administrative duties, generating weekly/monthly reports, investigation, and preparation of work orders for execution and root cause analysis of early failures. Scope includes all technologies employed with assigning work to maintenance technicians and team within our Cell Formation Team. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating all planned maintenance activities to improve and sustain equipment availability and performance.


Responsibilities

• Evaluation of work orders for assignment of parts, tools and time required for repair (Flux)
• Standardize Maintenance Check list and PMs formats (Flux)
• Accountable for coordinating of all material and validating it's ready for work execution
• Managing workload prioritizing maintenance work and ensuring deadlines are met
• Maintain and manage spare parts inventory
• Collaborate on maintenance manuals development

Requirements

• 2-3 years in an Industrial manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in the Microsoft suite
• Data analysis, and risk-based decision making skills
• Proven ability to operate under pressure, while managing multiple priorities simultaneously
• Must have command of the English language, both written and verbal
