Supporting and administering the Company Safety Program to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Supervising, coaching, and evaluating maintenance technicians to foster a high-performing team.

Maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a variety of equipment, including PLCs, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.

Implementing preventative and predictive maintenance programs to optimize efficiency and reliability.

Collaborating with support groups to complete projects that align with company initiatives.

Championing 5S and housekeeping initiatives to maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Staying informed of current and future technologies to drive innovation and improvement.

Preferred qualifications for this role include:

A high school diploma or GED.

Five years of relevant skilled trade experience, including supervisory roles.

Proficiency in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.

Knowledge of PLCs, control systems, and robotics.

Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and ladder diagrams.

Experience with CMMS applications and Microsoft Office proficiency.
