System One is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for an industry-leading client in the Latrobe, PA area.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Prioritize Maintenance Team daily activities.
  2. Works closely with all departments to assure that production's operations run a maximum efficiency and quality, with a minimum of man-hours and scrap rate.
  3. Perform and record repairs made to equipment.
  4. Monitor and maintain daily, weekly and monthly preventive maintenance as required on production equipment.
  5. Insure all PM, Calibration's are complete and records maintained.
  6. Order Repair/ Spare parts while maintaining budget.
  7. Must have initiative to report, fix if possible any potential problems that may arise.
  8. Schedule/work closely with outside contractors as needed.
  9. Sources vendors for cost control on MRO
  10. Keep work areas clean and safe exemplifying high housekeeping standards.
  11. Perform related work as required.
