We are looking for someone to fill a Maintenance role and join our dynamic team!

Position Summary:

ArtiFlex's Hercules Tooling Group is looking to add a Maintenance member to our team! The maintenances staff is responsible for repairing and maintaining the facility by conducting general facility maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting equipment, and property structures.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain the organization's equipment - large metal die stamping presses, overhead cranes, machines, hilos, etc.
  • Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.
  • Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions.
  • Maintain equipment in both scheduled and emergent situations. Perform mechanical skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of machines.
  • Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
  • Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
  • Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Competencies:
  • Excellent mechanical, electrical, hydraulics and pneumatics skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, Journeyman certificate preferred
  • Associate's degree in mechanical, electrical or engineering specialties (preferred)
  • Excellent manual dexterity and problem solving skills
  • Ability to walk, stand, and lift heavy objects for an extended period of time
  • Ability to serve, prioritize, and multi-task to support multiple areas
  • Excellent communication skills with both internal and external personnel

Shift:
  • Day Shift 6:00 am - 2:30 pm

Pay:
  • Dependent on experience
