Shift: MONDAY-FRIDAY | DAY SHIFT 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM | NIGHT SHIFT 6:00 PM - 5:00 AM
Compensation: $28 - $35 per hour + OT

Position Description: The company is a privately owned corrugated manufacturer based in Indianapolis that is adding Day and Night Shift Maintenance Technicians to its growing team! As a Maintenance Technician at Arrow Packaging, you will be responsible for the preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, lubing, and diagnostics of all plant machinery. Demonstrating strong functional knowledge of maintaining equipment, you will assist in the planning and executing of scheduled maintenance activities. Perform Troubleshooting activities on down machines through strong problem-solving skills with the intent of efficient repairs. You will also be expected to perform regular equipment checks and complete the required predictive checklists to identify early signs of potential equipment failures minimize unplanned downtime and identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with the immediate supervisor and maintenance planner to schedule and develop inspection routines and preventative maintenance schedules. Maintenance Techs at the company perform new installations and relocations of new/existing equipment, regular and emergency startups, and shutdowns of equipment by company standard operating procedures and safety requirements. At the company, you will grow your current skill set and continue to develop maintenance technical skills within mechanical, electrical, controls, hydraulic, pneumatic, welding, and fabrication.

Requirements:
• 2+ years of electrical troubleshooting experience.
• Understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems
