Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am-4:30 pm

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled maintenance technician to perform the following duties, apartment turns and routine maintenance at our St. Paul building.

• Troubleshoot Plumbing & Electrical Issues
  
• Replace/Repair Door Locks
  
• Repair Doors/Windows
  
• Monitor Building Temperatures
  
• Move Appliances
  
• Repair Appliances
  

Requirements:

• Maintenance Experience
  
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, boiler systems & appliance repair
  
• 100% Self Motivated, Dependable, and Flexible
  
• Basic Computer Knowledge
