4) Thursday-Saturday, every other Wednesday, 5:30 PM to 6:00 AM
Pay: $30.00 to $38.00 (based on experience) + Shift differentials availabile, Eligible for Overtime

Explore an exciting opportunity as a Maintenance Technician for a medical device company. This challenging and rewarding role involves executing complex tests, inspecting materials with precision, and collaborating with engineers on fixture design and development.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on simple/manual; semi automated; and certain aspects of fully automated manufacturing equipment.
  • Corrective maintenance activities include: troubleshooting of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, controls, and electrical systems; and minor equipment performance improvement activities
  • Support equipment performance improvement projects and process validation activities.
  • Contribute to process optimization and scrap reduction efforts through equipment design improvements, improvements to operating and maintenance procedures, and maintenance activities.
  • Independently troubleshoot equipment with a high degree of quality and reliability.
  • Implement permanent corrective actions to eliminate recurrent problems.

Requirements:
  • High-School Diploma and relevant experience or Technical degree
  • 2-5 years of troubleshooting experience with Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic/Pneumatic, Controls Logic, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC's), Ethernet communication, DeviceNet, Networks
  • Experience with root cause analysis
  • Experience supporting production and maintenance of medical devices a plus
