Description

Position Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance worker to perform upkeep tasks such as loading and unloading, furniture maintenance, moving, and light repairs and cleaning.  The ideal candidate will have experience and solid technical knowledge. You must also possess manual dexterity and physical stamina.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Duties may include but are not necessarily limited to the following:

Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks

Loading, packing and unloading items with care

Ensuring that no items are damaged while moving

Wrapping furniture in protective material

Perform cleaning activities such as dusting, mopping etc.

Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps on walls etc.

Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs
