Maintenance Technician

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in food or beverage production, is highly preferred.

We are seeking local candidates who are available to work on the 2nd shift and are open to extended hours and weekend work.

Shift Details:
  • 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
  • Must be available to work extended hours and weekends.

Compensation:
  • Pay Rate: $28 - $32 per hour, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain, repair, and enhance bottling and packaging equipment to ensure optimal operation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with team members to provide insights and solutions for equipment-related challenges.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a CMMS or other preventive maintenance systems.
  • Uphold safety and quality standards in all maintenance tasks.

Key Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required; additional technical training or certifications preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience in a high-speed, industrial manufacturing environment.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical skills, including experience with PLCs.
  • Proficient in computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with CMMS or other preventive maintenance systems.
  • Sanitary stainless welding/fitting skills are a plus.
  • Familiarity with electrical controls and Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Experience with total productive maintenance is highly desirable.
