Position Details:

Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Waterloo, IA
Shift: 2nd 5:30pm to 6:00am, Thursday - Sunday or Sunday - Wednesday
Compensation: $24.85/hr, OT after 40 hrs $5000 sign on bonus

Position Description:

In the role of the Maintenance Technician, you will provide maintenance support to ensure the safe and effective operation of equipment and team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to performing routine preventative maintenance repairs, performing emergency mechanical or electrical repairs, and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic Plant equipment.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate for this position should possess a minimum of six months of practical experience in one of the various technical fields. These include mechanical troubleshooting, electrical/electronic troubleshooting, hydraulic troubleshooting, PLC troubleshooting and navigation, welding/fabrication, AC/DC control wiring, motor control, 3-phase wiring, plumbing, conveyor maintenance, hydraulics, and pneumatic systems. Candidates with demonstrated expertise in any of these areas will be well-equipped to handle the challenges of the role and contribute effectively to our team.
