What You Can Expect

Perform all aspects of technical maintenance activities on industrial manufacturing and plant engineering equipment. Perform preventive maintenance (PM) activities on equipment. Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for repair of equipment. Lead equipment installation, relocation and decommissioning. Document all maintenance activities perform in accordance with compliance requirements and evaluate impact of work to defined equipment performance specifications. Technical maintenance activities involve numerous industrial equipment types throughout multiple buildings.

How You'll Create Impact

  • Technical electrical and mechanical maintenance on industrial equipment.
  • Complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis for repair of industrial equipment.
  • Preventive maintenance activities on industrial equipment.
  • Adherence to detailed procedures for manufacturing & maintenance process controls.
  • Identify required spare parts and support parts crib for proper inventory levels.
  • Train and develop Maintenance Generalist for future growth into Maintenance Technician position.
  • Continuous improvement activities associated to equipment & maintenance requirements.
  • Accurate work order documentation of maintenance activities performed in adherence to requirements of the regulated industry.
  • Professional customer service focus and communication to all levels of the organization.
  • Plan and coordinate equipment maintenance requirements with manufacturing schedules.
  • Responsible for safety of self, personnel, equipment and environments.
  • Work with original equipment manufacturer (OEM) on-site service and remote technical support.
  • Operate fork lifts, man-lifts and other industrial equipment.

What Makes You Stand Out

  • Technical understanding of industrial equipment controls, schematics, components and operation.
  • Experience with industrial equipment such as CNC mills, CNC lathes, Robotics, Lasers, Presses, EDM, sealers, process cleaning equipment.
  • Able to exercise safety protocol for industrial equipment and energy sources.
  • Able use common hand tools, power tools, operating machine tools, electrical measuring instruments.
  • Able to work in engaged team environment.
  • Able to suggest less costly methods for repairing machines where appropriate.
  • Able to prioritize and track multiple tasks at the same time.
  • Able to exercise self-initiative, self-direction and self-development.
  • Able to coordinate with manufacturing, engineering and maintenance personnel to complete activities.
  • Able to seek out and participate in performance metrics to drive improvements.
  • Able to use Microsoft Office applications.


Your Background

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Associate's degree in an Industrial Technology field is preferred.
  • 5+ years industrial maintenance experience is preferred.


Travel Expectations

  • Frequent within the Warsaw facilities
