NOW HIRING: Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities of a Maintenance Technician:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure facility safety and compliance with regulations.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and complete work orders efficiently.
• Assist with setup and teardown of events and special functions as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Ensure all maintenance equipment and tools are in good working condition.
• Collaborate with other staff members to support a safe and pleasant environment for residents.

Qualifications of a Maintenance Technician:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in maintenance or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively.
• Previous LTC/SNF experience preferred
