The typical day consists of reviewinig assigned work orders in preparation for job review and completion, performing assigned preventive maintenance activities, responding to urgent or emergency facilities issues identified by M&O staff or Bio-Rad employees, and investigating discrepancies within the facilities. Work responsibilities will involve basic building maintenance activities, such as changing lights, replacing damaged ceiling tiles, troubleshooting basic plumbing and mechanical issues, patching and painting, and supporting other staff members.

• By providing returning the manning and capabilities of the maintenance and operations group to near full capacity, allowing for timely response and completion of preventive maintenance and on demand work activities

What You Bring:

• Education: High School diploma or equivilent
• Work Experience: Must have general maintenance skills i.e. use of hand tools, general repair of plumbing, lighting, repair and painting. Experience in a commercial work environment.
• Work order management system AMMS.
• Be able to work without direct supervision.
• Must be able to work with all co-workers and management.

Compensation: The estimated hourly range for this position is $30 to $35 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. As a temporary associate, your employment will be managed directly through our approved agency provider.
