Job Title: Full-Time Maintenance Worker

Job Description:

$15.13 per hour!

Minimum Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of using hand tools, including saws, screwdrivers, hammers, and basic power tools.
• Knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, flooring, painting, and snow removal.
• Painting experience is a plus.

Job Duties:

• Maintain building and grounds in a clean, safe, and orderly condition.
• Maintain and repair basic functions of the facility.
• Care for tools and equipment.
• Make minor repairs on handrails, windows, flooring, walls, ceilings, beds, wheelchairs, Geri-chairs, electrical equipment, sprinkling systems, generators, emergency lighting, fire alarms, and extinguishers.
• Change filters on HVAC equipment.
