Job Summary: The Manager ACCESS Course Development oversees the development and administration of Instructional Technology Assistants, Instructional Designers, Course Development personnel and Subject Matter Experts. Communicates and maintains the policies and procedures based on data monitoring and evaluation to inform course development quality and timelines. Manages subject matter experts and other course development staff during and through the development of complex online courses. Develops complex course assets.
Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and six (6) years of instructional design, interactive technology, or technical support experience; OR master's degree and four (4) years of instructional design, interactive technology, or technical support experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Direct experience in K-12 programs delivered by technology and experience working with state departments of education.
