Job Description Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Supply Chain Analytics and Business Intelligence to lead our analytics team. The Manager, Supply Chain Analytics and Business Intelligence plays a pivotal role in optimizing supply chain results delivery and guiding informed decision making across the organization. In this role, you will be at the forefront of transforming our supply chain operations through advanced analytics, data-driven insights, and cutting-edge business intelligence solutions. This role involves analyzing supply chain data using advanced analytics tools to identify trends and generate insights for process improvements. Expertise in data analytics tools and platforms such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, and Power BI is critical as you’ll be at the helm of creation and design of performance visualizations reaching from frontline to senior executive stakeholders.

Reporting and Visualization:Develop and deliver clear, concise, and impactful reports and dashboards to communicate insights and performance metrics to stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in business administration or other similar field. Candidate must demonstrate excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Minimum of 3-5 years of appropriate experience is required. Computer/internet skills to include use of MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.) is required. Ability to understand and report on general business financial concepts is required. Strong interpersonal; client relations; fact finding; analytical; project management; presentation; and communication (written/verbal) skills are needed. Under minimal supervision will respond to project demands within deadlines. Professionalism, poise/grace under pressure a must. Individual will portray high energy, positive attitude and team orientation in all interactions.
