Manager, Associate Experience & Storytelling

The Manager of Associate Experience & Storytelling will effectively communicate our brand narrative to associates across all channels in alignment with our associate engagement initiatives. This role is essential in shaping our associate experience through compelling storytelling, project management, and collaboration across the business. Responsibilities Storytelling

• Collaborate with various departments to gather and highlight impactful stories.
• Collaborate with internal partners to maintain a consistent brand voice across all storytelling platforms.
• Craft and articulate compelling stories that align with our brand values and mission.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including HR, DEI, and Community Relations, to communicate engagement initiatives.
• Manage associate experience through social media platforms.

Project and Calendar Management

• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
• Provide support for cross-functional projects, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
• Serve as the primary owner of the company’s events and engagement calendar.
• Ensure all events and programs are well-promoted to all audiences.
• Monitor and evaluate event success, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in storytelling, content creation, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of multimedia content development (video, graphics, etc.).
• Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and community engagement.
• MS Office, Data Management & Reporting
• Self-motivated with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Culture and Company Ambassador

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
