Summary:
Manages employee benefits and retirement programs including daily processing of employee benefit enrollments, carrier administration, vendor payments, surveying competitor benefits programs, conducting studies of emerging benefit trends and practices, and counseling employees regarding benefits and retirement programs. Assists in the annual design and cost analysis of new and/or revised programs.

Education:
Essential:
* Bachelor's degree obtained through a formal 4-year program.

Experience:
Essential:
* Six years of related hospital/healthcare benefits experience, including people management.

Credentials:
Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) or Group Benefits Associate Certification (GBA) required .
