Location: Pro Shop has or will have offices in Los Angeles, California; Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida; and New York City, New York.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a Manager, Client Solutions and Services - Skratch who is well-organized, has professional written and verbal communication skills and a background in digital/social media; has experience with customer-facing account management, a critical thinker with a can-do attitude, and is passionate about golf.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Sales Manager with all sales materials for prospective clients and serve as main point of contact for active clients
  • Work with Skratch Producers to transfer creative proposals into designed pitch decks for prospective clients
  • Once sold, manage the execution of branded content programs including production management, client deliverables and deadlines, edit/review process, and timely client communication throughout execution to post-campaign recap
  • Proactively track timelines and client deadlines to ensure adequate time for pe-production and program launch
  • Develop all client materials including, but not limited to: pitch decks, meeting agendas, meeting recaps, program timelines, launch plans, recap reports and client updates during campaign flight
  • Communicate with Production Coordinator and Legal to draft all legal paperwork for branded content campaigns
  • Collaborate with Analytics team during campaign flight to ensure client deliverables are met; work with Analytics team post-campaign to develop program recap presentation
  • Keep up with relevant social media news, updates, tools, platforms, and best practices
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint is a must; development of client materials in the Office Suite is required


Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years in a similar marketing, sales development, or production assistant role at a publisher, media company or digital or experiential agency.
  • Proactive, positive and detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills - you must be able to effectively articulate a program to client and agency contacts
  • Experience in program execution - ability to identify production requirements, determine client branding opportunities in content and ask for required client assets to achieve sold program deliverables
  • Professional and courteous to colleagues and with clients
  • A critical thinker who can identify and competently complete the steps that need to be taken to execute a sold program
  • A self-motivator who strives to improve and innovate on the sales offering
  • Passionate about social media with a deep understanding of the ecosystem on Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X and TikTok platforms
  • Creative mind that can contribute concepts and brand integration ideas for custom content
  • Comfortable in a fast paced, entrepreneurial and high-energy environment

The salary range for this position is between $75,000-$90,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
