The role you'll contribute:

The Clinical Nutrition Manager is responsible for overseeing regional / campus clinical services to patient. Collaborates with the System Clinical Nutrition Director to establish expectations, plan strategies and priorities. Ensures clinical area of responsibility is in compliance with regulatory agencies, NS, and Advent Health-Central Region policies/SOPs. Ensures education of and compliance with policies and procedures and department goals and objectives to department employees. Fosters performance improvement and promotes evidence-based clinical practices. Models positive communication and ensures employee engagement. May have multi-campus responsibility. Local travel may be required. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

• Ensures compliance with AHCA, CMS, and DNV survey guidelines.
• Provides education to campus clinical staff to include guidelines, expectations, and survey procedures for regulatory agencies.
• Ensures clinical orientation and training aligns with department orientation and training requirements.
• Develops and provides education to clinical staff.
• Implements a didactic and observational mechanism for the evaluation of clinical competence.

Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed :

• Bachelor's Degree in Food & Nutrition, Dietetics, Nutritional Sciences, Human Nutrition, or related field.
• Clinical nutrition leadership experience
• Three (3) years of clinical nutrition experience

OR
• Master's degree in nutrition or business-related field.
• Clinical nutrition experience
• Clinical nutrition leadership experience

LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED:

• Current, active Registered Dietitian (RD) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
• Current, active and clear Florida Department of Health dietitian/nutritionist license.
