- Manage issuance of RFPs, proposal evaluations, and vendor selection for clinical trials.
- Facilitate end-to-end vendor selection, from identification to negotiation of contracts.
- Oversee vendor contracts, change orders, and ensure efficient trial support.
- Work with cross-functional teams to streamline outsourcing and vendor management.
- Bachelors degree in a scientific field with at least 2 years of experience in vendor and contract management within a sponsor company or CRO.
- Demonstrated understanding of the drug development process and proven competence in RFP processes, vendor selection, and budget negotiations.
- Skilled in managing legal agreements and financial aspects of clinical trials with additional proficiency in RFP procurement software preferred.
- Self-directed and motivated, with strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills, adept at working in a fast-paced environment.
