Position Summary

The Manager, Community Health Engagement will provide leadership and direction for community activities, and the SDOH (Social Determinant of Health) program to ensure the advancement of health equity, support diverse, socially vulnerable people; and participate in and support strategic initiatives, particularly activities that positively affect the health of our members, patients, employees, and community partners.

Minimum Requirements

Master's Degree preferred with experience in Business Administration, Nursing, Public Administration, Health Administration, Healthcare Management, Healthcare Operations, Human Resources, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 to 7 years of substantive healthcare experience with demonstrated subject matter expertise.

Demonstrated experience planning and launching new programs.

Building Strategic Work Relationships: developing and using collaborative relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals.

Building Trust: interacting with others in a way that instills confidence in one's intentions and those of the organization

Collaboration: working effectively and cooperatively with others; establishing and maintaining good working relationships.

Communication: clearly conveying information and ideas through a variety of media to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the information provided. Additionally, the ability to communicate and work effectively with all levels of staff.

Customer Focus: ensuring that the customer perspective is a driving force behind business decisions and activities; crafting and implementing service practices that meet customers' and own organization's needs.

Strong interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written.

Other Information

Candidate should have experience in Electronic Health Record (i.e. EPIC)

Program Development and Management experience preferred

Excel or Word experience a plus

Data Analytics experience desired
