Manager, Corporate Strategy

Position Summary:

The Manager, Corporate Strategy will work closely with the Chief Strategy Officer and Business Unit Presidents to develop and monitor the company's long-term strategy, and evaluate and support new initiatives and business opportunities. This is an exciting opportunity to learn about a wide variety of business capabilities and become a leader in a growing, transformative healthcare business. Specific responsibilities may include:

• Researching industries, competitors, and emerging trends and identifying key business implications
• Conducting detailed analysis of market and internal data and collaborating with data scientists on the development of sustainable market intelligence
• Developing business plans and creating financial models for new opportunities
• Developing presentation materials summarizing analysis, business plans, and recommendations
• Working in collaboration with marketing on strategic messaging to internal and external stakeholders

As part of these activities, the Manager, Corporate Strategy will be responsible for collaborating with senior leaders across the company. A successful candidate will have demonstrated skills in market research, strategy, and financial analysis and will ideally have experience working with healthcare companies. Qualifications:

• ~3-7 years of experience, with at least 1 year of experience in a top tier consulting firm, investment banking firm, or similar
• Strong business acumen
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and financial modeling
• Knowledge of market research methodologies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to inspire confidence and create trust amongst stakeholders
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), familiarity with PowerBI beneficial
• Experience working with healthcare clients or for a healthcare company a plus
• Ability to travel 25%
