Our Marketing and Loyalty team is the strategic force behind United's industry-leading brand and experience, supporting revenue growth by turning customers into lifelong United flyers. Our marketing communications, market research and brand teams drive travelers' familiarity and engagement with the United brand. Key Responsibilities:

Manager, Digital Marketing Tools will be responsible for managing and overseeing various marketing tools across the digital marketing and content organization. Tools consist of but not limited to Personalization, CMS, DAM and other Project Management tools.

  • Manage, assess and oversee various Marketing tools such as Salesforce, Bynder, Jira, CMS, etc.
  • Own and drive the product roadmap and be responsible for the overall success of all the marketing tools
  • Partner with various internal stakeholders such as designers, publishers, developer and marketing managers to learn about problems and opportunities to drive prioritization of new features and enhancements
  • Enable the team to work autonomously against requirements and outcomes and enable internal stakeholders to easily understand and adopt new functionality
  • Train internal stakeholders on the new marketing tools and work collaboratively across all departments


NOTE: This position provides a hybrid work arrangement including approximately 50% of the time working onsite at our Chicago office location.

What's needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years experience in Business Analytics and working with cross functional teams
  • Knowledge of digital publishing, personalization and various marketing tools
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills and data driven thinking
  • Intellectual curiosity, desire to learn, ability to take initiative and enhance products
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Advanced knowledge of content management systems, understanding different development frameworks
  • Knowledge of various digital marketing tools like Salesforce, Jira, DAM, etc.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
