Position Overview:

As the Manager Ecommerce Strategic Partnerships, your main role will be to improve user functionality and experience by connecting different software systems, databases, and applications. You will find opportunities to analyze platforms, and business needs to influence the product development roadmap. Additionally, you will lead integration and partnership engagements with 3rd parties, acting as the main point of contact between internal and external teams.

This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong understanding of healthcare data standards and regulations.

Vendor Relationship Management:

• Maintain relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery, adherence to project requirements, and ongoing support and maintenance.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for third-party vendors, leading communication and collaboration throughout the partnership process.

• Negotiate contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) with vendors to ensure they meet project requirements and expectations.

• Coordinate regular project meetings with internal teams, vendors, and collaborators to discuss progress, address concerns, and ensure alignment.

• Regularly communicate updates and status reports to senior management and other relevant collaborators.

Project Planning and Management:

• Identify commercial opportunities with third-party vendors based on their technical capabilities, reputation, and fit with the company's strategic needs.

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, achievements, and results for new partnership projects.

• Define project scope, goals, and results in collaboration with senior management and team members.

• Coordinate resources, including internal teams and external vendors, to ensure project objectives are met.

Technical Integration Management:

• Lead all aspects of the design, development, and implementation of integration solutions to connect the ecommerce platform with third-party vendor systems.

• Translate technical concepts into business opportunities and effectively communicate them to both technical and non-technical collaborators.

• Develop integrations in accordance with established industry standards and compliance requirements, such as HIPAA.

• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing partnerships, addressing any changes or enhancements as needed.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the partnership or integration process.

Risk Management and Quality Assurance:

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

• Ensure all integrations align with relevant healthcare regulations and standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).

• Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure that data privacy and security requirements are met for new and current partnerships.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

• Analyze data and metrics to assess the impact of integrations on the ecommerce platform's performance.

• Prepare and present detailed reports on integration project outcomes, including successes, challenges, and lessons learned.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of work experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or business environments with a focus on strategic partnerships or integration management.

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead complex projects and handle multiple priorities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams and external partners.

• Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.

• Analytical, data-driven, diligent, and resourceful.

• Thrives in a collaborative environment, sharing standard methodologies, and supporting teammates.

• A strong understanding of business needs and the ability to drive user-centered design and functionality improvements.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification.

• Familiarity with API integrations, data management, and software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.

• Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana).

• Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) with a history of delivering projects on time and within scope.

The role is based in Jacksonville, FL & will require up to 10% travel.
