About the team:
The Business Training and Development team (BTD) is committed to driving sales excellence by overseeing the entire learning journey of Global Business Solutions' employees. The team aims to design engaging sales enablement experiences that drive business impact and work closely with business leaders and cross-functional partners to tailor learning strategies and provide exceptional educational opportunities.

About the role:
The US Enterprise Sales Training Manager - Global Business Solutions (GBS) sits within the Business Training and Development Team and supports the learning needs of the Enterprise Sales Teams in North America. This role partners with Enterprise business leaders and other key stakeholders to understand the unique learning needs of the audience, and to provide best-in-class onboarding experiences for new hires, a sound framework for continued education, and enables leadership development - supporting efficiency and effectiveness of sales employees. The Enterprise Sales Training Manager reports to the NA Sales Training Leader.

Responsibilities:
- Develop learning strategy for the sales and client solutions teams to enable higher in-market effectiveness; build learning engagement plans which are aligned with overall business strategy
- Partner with global measurement teams to enhance measurement metrics of training outcomes and impact on business
- Deliver and facilitate sales training through the implementation of sales fundamentals, product training and functional skills training programs
- Build and manage stakeholder relations with key product teams and xfn partners
- Build strong relationships with Enterprise Sales teams to identify learning needs and propose appropriate learning solutions
- Own relationship with NA Enterprise Sales leadership and establish yourself as a key partner to the business.
- Lead a team of learning partners supporting the development and delivery of learning and enablement solutions for the Enterprise Sales audience in NA
- Support the evolution of sales onboarding programs as needed
- Develop and deliver vertical and role-specific, continuing education programs that focus on sales skill development and product education
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams (XFNs) including Product, Sales Operations, Marketing, and Strategy understanding their goals, priorities and strategies and aligning Sales enablement plans as needed
- Partner and collaborate with learning teams across the globe, to source, develop, and customize content based on sales training needs
- Support team offsites, summits and org-wide events, as needed
- Create and maintain reporting for impact measurement via training program data collection and analysis (e.g. surveys, assessments, certification, etc.)
- Own, drive and be a custodian of the culture of hustle, hunger and humility

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years in sales/sales management, having built and led teams supporting sales training and enablement
- Excellent leadership skills and have the ability to partner with colleagues across various departments
- Ability to influence without authority and lead change management proactively
- Knowledge of digital advertising landscape including strong knowledge of the sales function
- Strong leadership skills with hands-on experience as an individual contributor, and ideally with building and leading teams.
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with cross-functional teams while being flexible and responsive to dynamic situations and changing priorities.
- Passion for learning and people development

Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Experience developing training materials (e.g. presentations, videos, guides, etc.)
- Entrepreneurial, persistent, and resourceful, with the ability to learn quickly
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships
- A can-do, positive attitude and a strong desire to get things done
- Experience successfully navigating a fast-paced, highly ambiguous start-up
