KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, GenAI Solutions to join our Talent & Culture Tech and Data GenAI team.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish AI architecture and technology components aligned with the latest market developments and firm standards, and regularly review and update architecture and components based on alliance ecosystem changes
  • Serve as a strategic business partner to Digital Nexus (IT), the CDO organization, and Talent & Culture Center of Excellences ("CoEs"), ensuring alignment to the T&C architecture
  • Lead GenAI technology projects, providing expertise in design, process decisions, and strategies for system implementations. Collaborate with stakeholders to plan, design, and implement AI solutions
  • Act as a change management agent to drive employee awareness, adoption, and usage of AI tools; design and support training, office hours, and other initiatives to increase usage and efficiency
  • Analyze people data to identify patterns and trends, informing HR practices and processes for AI opportunities, and conduct hands-on experimentation with various ecosystem vendors and platforms, documenting technical specifications
  • Work closely with HR professionals to identify opportunities for leveraging AI techniques, fostering an efficient and effective work environment, as well as liaise with appropriate functional stakeholders (Audit, Tax & Advisory) to align AI technical guidance with functional priorities

Qualifications:
  • Minimum five years of recent experience in AI solutions development
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Strong experience preferably in the financial services industry and involved in efforts related to model training/tuning, performance evaluations incl published work
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of AI technologies and methodologies; must have experience in designing and implementing AI experiments and solutions
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders, developers, and data scientists; capability to foster hyper-collaboration and enable a culture of continuous learning and skilling
  • Familiarity with the latest developments in the AI marketplace and ability to adapt the architecture and components accordingly
