We are seeking an experienced Manager, Integrated Planning to join our team. This is a hybrid position and will be based in our Fort Lauderdale office. In this role you'll lead Integrated Planning, a distinct functional area within Marketing. This manager influences and collaborates with many cross-functional leaders in E-Commerce/Web, Media, Customer Marketing, Sales, Revenue Management, Brand & Product Marketing, and Creative Services.You'll lead a high performing the team of marketing professionals that develop of integrated tactical plans orchestrated across functional areas, draft the campaign's creative strategy, drive in-market timing, oversee the go-to-market process, and facilitate after action reviews. They develop and maintain a global marketing planning calendar with holistic commercial message beats. This includes identifying and resolving messaging conflicts in the planning stage and managing the Marketing Tactical Eco-system (our source of the truth). The role functions in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment, works with multiple functional teams and accommodates shifting priorities and lead times.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of commercial and revenue-driving campaigns orchestrated across cross-functional tactics and timing. This includes developing campaign briefs and key messaging, inputting for creative development, orchestrating tactical timelines and in-market launches across channels.
  • Evangelize the value of Integrated Planning and work to establish and document processes, balance resources, drive efficiencies in workflow management and generate a faster speed to market.
  • Maintain the source of truth global marketing and message beat calendar and the marketing tactical eco-system.
  • Foster strong relationships with partners in marketing, commercial, e-commerce/ web, and trade sales. Influence cross-functional decisions impacting development and delivery of tactics.
  • Analyze results from various campaigns, sharing reports and making recommendations for improvement and carry-forward learnings into new plans.
  • Lead internal and cross-functional meetings, ensuring campaigns are on track and there are no issues with hitting launch date, escalating issues, and working to problem solve as needed
  • Model the Cultural Essentials. Cultivate a culture of openness. Provide clear direction, drive prioritization and support team as needed. Mentor team and identify growth opportunities and professional development
  • Ensure that all initiatives and actions adhere to the company's business and compliance policies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
  • 7+ years in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of developing and executing cross-functional marketing campaigns.
  • Experience working in a global organization, or travel/hospitality industry is helpful but not required.
  • Experience with delivering communications across the customer journey and on deadline necessary.
  • Proven ability to develop successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of marketing functions and principles, including high-performing creative and content planning.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience using data to inform marketing decisions and present results.
  • Must be organized with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Smartsheets.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills (written and verbal) are required to communicate with team and cross-functional partners.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Holland America is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time (e.g., H-1B status).

This is a hybrid role, based in our Fort Lauderdale, FL office. Candidates must be driving distance and comfortable going into the office 3 days per week.

  • Base Salary Range: $89,600-$121,000. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base pay is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
