About the role

The Manager, Learning and Growth will provide thought leadership and direction on best practices for enterprise-wide learning and talent management programs, including front-line manager and leadership training, Global Onboarding, Workplace Harassment and other compliance trainings, and Talent Management initiatives. You will work closely with People Business Partners (PBPs), the Inclusion Strategy team, and key leaders across our business to develop and implement effective learning and talent management programs. You will collaborate with leaders and intact teams to plan and facilitate off-sites, workshops, and training sessions. We're looking for an innovative, highly collaborative, and inclusive leader with a strong execution mindset. This role will report to the Director, Talent Management & Learning.

For New York Only - The estimated annual salary for this position is between $150,000 and $160,000 annually. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location. bWhat you'll be doing
  • Leading enterprise-wide learning programs: manage and evolve front-line manager and leadership training, own new hire orientation and onboarding resources, oversee the delivery of Workplace Harassment and other compliance trainings
  • Creating learning content and programs: design, develop and deliver engaging learning content and experiences that align with changing business needs, enhance organizational effectiveness and reinforce our culture. Create and update employee/leader training curriculum that enables and develops the right capabilities to achieve our strategic priorities
  • Managing talent management initiatives in partnership with the people business partners, and the People Technology and Operations teams
  • Collaborating with stakeholders: partner with business leaders, people business partners, and other stakeholders to assess and address learning and development needs
  • Planning and facilitating off-sites: collaborate with leaders and teams to plan and facilitate off-sites, including training/workshops as well as team and leadership effectiveness sessions
  • Evaluating programs: continuously evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs, using data and feedback to make improvements
  • Work in a hybrid fashion (in office and remote), adjusting as necessary to the needs of the business and the work being delivered, including domestic and international travel (up to 50%)


We're excited if you have
  • 5-7 years in related HR roles, including learning and development, talent management, organizational development, and/or HR Business Partner roles, with a proven track record of driving enterprise-wide programs Experience building and optimizing programs across diverse teams and cultures in a global technology, product, and/or media organization
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, business administration, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CPLP, SPHR) is a plus. Thorough understanding of HR best practices, as well as working knowledge of applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong project management abilities with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence without direct authority, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience and proficiency using learning technologies (i.e., Learning Management Systems, digital libraries, and related platforms), Workday, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt quickly to shifting priorities and work effectively under pressure with multiple deliverables
  • Creativity and a willingness to challenge existing approaches if there may be a better way
  • Ability to foster strong relationships with key executives and consult, advise and influence at all levels of the organization

Extra credit
  • Master's degree in HR or Organizational Development or MBA
  • Global experience with talent management and learning, including building frameworks that align with top line business goals and strategy
  • Experience working closely with Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion teams and initiatives
