Natchaug Hospital is Eastern Connecticut's leading provider for children, adolescents and adults with mental illness and substance abuse addictions. We offer a variety of programs including inpatient and outpatient behavioral health, residential treatment for court-involved teenage girls, geriatric services, clinical day treatment schools and chemical dependency services. Job Summary:
Responsible for the supervision of all nursing staff and patient care related activities as well as the communication and escalation of staff, patient and facility related safety concerns.

Job Summary:
Responsible for the supervision of all nursing staff and patient care related activities as well as the communication and escalation of staff, patient and facility related safety concerns.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required, Bachelor's degree preferred
- Current Connecticut Registered Nurse license required
- Minimum 3 years psychiatric nursing experience required
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Computer proficiency and keyboarding skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to set, prioritize, and meet deadlines
