Manager of Fiscal and Administrative Operations

The Manager of Fiscal and Administrative Operations for the Dietrich School of Arts and Sciences Undergraduate Studies and the College of General Studies provides strategic fiscal guidance and executive-level administrative support for the Associate Dean and Senior Director of Undergraduate Studies and CGS.

Working closely with dean's office leadership and Undergraduate Studies and CGS unit directors, the incumbent will ensure alignment between strategic priorities and financial, personnel, and space resources.

The Manager of Fiscal and Administrative Operations will have both direct and indirect oversight of a team of administrative staff that support the Associate Dean, Senior Director, assistant deans, and senior leadership across student and community-serving units within Undergraduate Studies and CGS.
