About the Role:

The Manager of People at CK Global supports talent management functions, including employee relations, career development, performance management, change management, succession planning, and compensation planning. They collaborate with the Director of People on projects aligned with company goals to improve business outcomes and employee engagement.

What You'll Do:

  • Understand PVH and CK Global Brand characteristics, business strategy, business objectives and priorities.
  • Align HR and business strategy, and help drive HR functional initiatives with specific focus on organizational design, development and efficiency.
  • Works with staff to implement talent management initiatives relevant to CK Global.
  • Completes and implements customized communication projects to engage employees, bridge communication gaps, and adapt to evolving business needs.
  • Establishes partnerships with brand leadership team, crafting a culture that enables the continued development of modernized internal communications.
  • Educate and influence associates; monitor actions and decisions to maintain an effective performance, unified Culture and alignment to our values.
  • Performance Management: guiding associates on performance management issues and processes
  • Learning & Development: offering mentorship on development for associates.
  • Partners with Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to ensure we attract top-tier talent for open positions
  • Conducts new associate orientations and ensures that hiring managers complete appropriate on-boarding.
  • Training: facilitates the training and development agenda; identify areas that need attention and improvement
  • Drives project plans, especially regarding reorganizations and communications.
  • Ensures line managers are up to date with company policies and procedures and in line with current employment law.
  • Deal with complex HR issues, using HR and company knowledge evidencing appropriate decision-making skills.
  • Crafting of business and people solutions
  • Identify programs and support of compliance initiatives, diversity programs & business ethics.
  • Occasional public speaking engagements representing HR at Town Hall events or department venue gatherings.


What You'll Bring:

  • 3-5+ years of previous experience in a human resources generalist role, preferably in retail/apparel industry
  • Preferred organizational design and development experience
  • Previous experience with communication, engagement and training initiatives
  • Prefer experience in retail/corporate structure; Field merchandising and intimate apparel category, a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills required. Ability to develop relationships and influence at all levels within the organization is required.
  • Can handle interpersonal dynamics with tact, discretion and integrity.
  • Works both independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • High proficiency in problem resolution skills, customer service and consultative skills required
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a high quality of work; approach projects with a strong sense of urgency
  • Resilient and flexible; Appetite for growth, change initiatives and change management experience required
  • Strong presentation skills required; mentorship skills preferred
  • Quick learner of new technologies and business functions
  • Excellent Microsoft Skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Program/project management skills that include engaging perspectives from multiple collaborators, keeping people informed, driving to closure and/or ensuring sustainability
  • Knowledge of EEO/AA Laws, FMLA regulations, employment law guidelines & policies and compliance regulations
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems


Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, business or a related major, or equivalent experience.

Pay Range:$100,000 - $125,000

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting.
